You accept that your upload is free of charge. For winning in the Challenge you provide account data containing the game. The aim is for the player you grant direct account access to spend the most gaming time in the given month.

As a player you can choose the game you want to play and spend the most time playing. You don't pay for the games or for playing the games. Every two weeks, however, GAMERTEKA deducts a platform usage fee as a subscription for guaranteed services and platform usage. In exchange for this fee you can take part in the Challenge.
